AskTheWheel started with a simple observation: most everyday stalemates — where to eat, who presents first, which chore is whose — don't need a better argument, they need a neutral referee. So we built one. It clicks past real pegs, it has a proper ratchet arrow, and when it stops, the discussion is over.
Everything runs in your browser. There is no account, no app, no upload — your lists and spin history are stored only on your own device, and the site works the same on a phone, a laptop, or a classroom projector.

Is it actually fair?
Yes. The wheel isn't rigged for drama: the launch force of every spin decides how far the wheel physically travels, and whichever slice ends up under the arrow wins. Bigger slices (weighted entries) win proportionally more often — exactly as they should. Nothing about the animation, your device, or your luck history changes the odds.
Who makes this
One independent developer, a lot of coffee, and an unhealthy attention to how a ratchet arrow should bounce. If something feels off or you want a new tool on the wheel, tell us about it.
